The Molecule by brian @ 22:17:57 - [perma-link] I can't believe I didn't post this yet. This is from the end of the summer. I got this ridiculous towable "Molecule" to pull behind the boat. Then called up some friends and off we went! It was so much fun. The center part rides above the surface of the water, and you spend most of the time skimming on the "atoms" at the 3 corners. The riders don't get beat up like on an innertube, where every bump hits you somewhere uncomfortable, like in the back of a Volkswagon. All of the chop passes underneath, and the big waves get smoothed out over the 7-foot width. And it easily slides across the wake. So naturally we can pull it much, much faster. Check out the video.
