by brian @ 23:49:41 - [perma-link]I got a bunch of new stuff recently. First is the StroboPick guitar
tuner. Its killer. 2 LEDs strobe at the frequency of each of the open
string notes. Pluck the string, and tune until the string looks still in
the lights. It makes more sense when you see it. Next up is the Oakley Thump. I was pretty skeptical when Connie brought
it home, but after using it a couple of times, I like it. It should be
great for snowboarding; my Burton/Apple ipod jacket didn't really work
very well. Last the Griffin radioSHARK. In addition to looking kind of cool, it
lets me record AM and FM radio on my Mac. Now I can listen to Howard
Stern without having to wake up early. And as a bonus I can put it on my
iPod for when I walk the dogs. |
