Yarrr! Ashcroft to be the scourge of the Seven TLDs!

enough that we incarcerate more of our population than any other
country in the world (yes, even more than the "oppressive" terrorist
countries!). We need more people in jail. Especially teenagers and
college students.
Attorney General John Ashcroft, the man who lost a Missouri governor
race to a dead guy, is out for blood on the High Seas of the
Internet. That's right, he wants anti-piracy powers. Like a superhero?
