Oh the irony... by brian @ 23:39:08 - [perma-link] I found this is in the news today about a case challenging the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act. My favorite quote: "I don't think it's possible for a single judge to sit in a courtroom and substitute his findings for the findings of 435 congressmen," King said, adding that some judges were imposing their personal views on society. And that is from a Congressman, mind you! (Steve King, R, Iowa (you know, Iowa.. the state that gets to vote first!)) It seems someone forgot to read the Constitution before he applied for his job. That's what judges do. And go talk to the FCC about imposing their personal views on society. They seem to think they're the experts at it.
