Giving road rage a bad name

This guy in the 4 runner was a few cars behind us on a 2 lane stretch of
I5 south. We were in a long line of cars slowly passing the long line of
trucks in the right lane.
At every opportunity, he would pop out to the right, accellerate to
right behind the next truck, and hit the brakes. Then pop back in where
he came from. Every few tries he would move up a spot in line by cutting
someone off.
And as the right lane cleared up, the car between us would move over and
let us by, putting us right behind the 4 runner again. All his dangerous
maneuvers were accomplishing nada.
When it finally opened up to 3 lanes, we blew by him and I snapped this
pic. See ya, dumbass.
