Its not all bad...

In fact the remodel is going really, really well. The sidewalk and
patio are leveled and concrete will be poured tomorrow. The shop-side
of the garage is framed. Plumbing is being roughed. The upstairs
windows are mounted, and the shower is installed. Also note the
cubbies in the corners for extra storage (instead of just dead space.
woohoo!)
