New skateboard
by brian @ 22:01:19 - [perma-link]I bought a new skateboard today. Connie got me the Sector 9 flex board
(in the back there) a few months ago. I've ridden it, or at least
tried, a couple of times, but as a complete beginner its a little, uh,
twitchy. It'd be like trying to learn to drive in a Ferarri (or
learning to ride a motorcycle on a Ducati 750 Monster Dark, but we'll
probably get to that later). So today we went to the skate shop (Josh and I checked it out Monday,
but it was closed) and got this green one. The guy at the shop did the
racing stripe. I should be able to ride more comfortably on this one,
and work my way back up to the Ferarri. |
