Super Hot Sauce

Last week I started 4 Jars fermenting, and just made 5 more. The first four were Ghost with Nectarine, Peach or Plum, and Carolina Reaper and Plum. Today’s are reaper and peach, three ghost and nectarine, and a burning bush hab and nectarine.
i have two not quite ripe mangos to make one more jar, with the conveniently not quite ripe peppers now turning red on the plants.
Each jar has 6 peppers, 3 or 4 fruits, onion, garlic, and 3-5% salt brine.
I will have a lot of hot sauce this year!
