Vanagon Upgrades
by brian @ 17:52:49 - [perma-link]I finally have the Vanagon and the "new" grill and lights together in
the same place, and today I put it all together. The grill and round
lights are from an '84 Vanagon I found in the U-Pull-It a few months
ago. One of the old bulbs was dead, so I got some replacements.
These are Hella buckets with replaceable H4 bulbs. I'll see how
bright they are tonight, and eventually switch to an HID. I also replaced the replacement bumper with a slightly better one from
the last trip to U-Pull-It. It has the license plate bracket and the
rubber pads.
