Daisy and Bear
by Connie @ 15:26:59 - [perma-link]

Look! They are already best buddies. Daisy loves him and he loves her
too.

Dog's and cat's living together, mass hysteria!

New kitten
by brian @ 18:01:52 - [perma-link]

We couldn't get away from Fran's without taking a kitten. This is Bear.
He and Daisy seem to get along pretty well. We'll see how the 4 cats
like him soon enough.

Mohawk in Progress
by Connie__ @ 09:40:50 - [perma-link]

Here are the pictures Brian took while he was shaving my head. I think
he did an excellent job.

Spiked Mohawk
by Connie @ 14:55:31 - [perma-link]

Brian and I did a really quick spike job on my "Hawk" just to see how
it looks. I remember from the old days with Jill that it works best
with Knox Gelatin or Super Hold Aqua Net.

My wife is SO hot!
by brian @ 22:27:50 - [perma-link]

Connie has been "threatening" to shave her hair off for months now.
Tonight she finally decided to do it. Then we decided to "just" do a
mohawk for now.

I knew she'd look good, but WOW!

(and when she smiles, it really takes the edge off :)

Last night in Sonoma
by brian @ 18:59:01 - [perma-link]

We went to JD's for a bbq. It was delicious. Afterwards, we went down
the street to his neighbor's house. The neighbor has a short golf hole
in his backyard, with a pond in front of the green, and soon will have 2
sand traps. Its pretty sweet.

Play-doh George Foreman grill
by brian @ 11:49:46 - [perma-link]

This is fantastic. What better way to teach kids that Play-doh isn't
food than to let them cook it up really healthy-like on a "lean mean
[pretend] grilling machine".

Hey kids! Tastes like mushy chicken!

Worst Job Ever
by brian @ 13:10:18 - [perma-link]

I don't understand the whole "guy standing on the corner swinging a sign
around" marketing tactic. Is that REALLY going to entice someone to go
to the store? Is the average person driving around going to see it and
say, "hey. I've been meaning to get another apartment, and that sign
sure looks great!"

And what about the guy standing there? Probably on his way to a nice
case of full-body skin cancer. Not to mention repetitive stress injuries
in his elbows and shoulders from swinging that sign around all day
long.

Maybe the benefits are really good?

You'd think they have it...
by brian @ 12:00:22 - [perma-link]

I'm getting really annoyed with "convenience" stores advertising stuff
on their windows that they don't actually have. Like this 76 station.
They have a "dnL" sticker on the window. I wanted to try it out. But
they don't have it.

And the 7-11 across the way has the Livewire slurpee banner on the
window, but no livewire slurpees.

Vey, very INconvenient.

This pump
by brian @ 12:01:54 - [perma-link]

The pump takes amex, discover, star and moth?
