Check out the new camera I bought Brian
by Connie__ @ 09:28:29 - [perma-link]

It's a 5MP camera with 3x optical zoom. It's the size of a credit card.
Hopefully he won't't drop it.

Backyard
by Connie @ 17:55:39 - [perma-link]

The backyard is pretty much done. Our gardener came and cleaned it up
for the show this weekend.

New upstairs bathroom
by Connie @ 17:57:01 - [perma-link]

This is the new "old" upstairs guest bath. It's going to look great in
a couple of days.

Kitchen
by Connie @ 17:58:32 - [perma-link]

We changed the floor to slate (heated) and got a new dishwasher and
microwave (not installed yet). The paint is different too. It's a
subtle green.

Family Room, Dining Room and Living Room
by Connie @ 18:00:00 - [perma-link]

We only have window treatments left. These rooms are practically done.
Yay!

Office Bath and Office
by Connie @ 18:01:26 - [perma-link]

Brian looks a little fuzzy.

Front Yard
by Connie @ 18:03:02 - [perma-link]

We are so happy with how it turned out.

Sunroom and Master Bedroom
by Connie @ 18:04:08 - [perma-link]

We have drapes now. Finally! And now wires hanging down from the tv.

See! We're not crazy!
by brian @ 15:19:01 - [perma-link]

Article in New York Times about a beef producer in Kansas being told by the USDA
that they cannot test their cows for BSE.

Other meat producers are upset by the company's request,
saying it has broken ranks in an industry besieged by bad news. Dan
Murphy, vice president for public affairs at the American Meat
Industry, said American beef was so safe that widescale testing was
unnecessary.

American beef is so safe that in all the years of testing an
insignificant number of cows, they've only accidentally found one case
of BSE. And since they've found that cow, they've stopped all tests,
and have yet to find another.

And if I cover my eyes, I can't read the articles.

by brian @ 21:00:10 - [perma-link]

3Y3 4M 50 L337, 3Y3 D0N'7 3V3N KN0\/\/ \/\/|-|47 3Y3 4/\/\ 54Y1N6!!1!

Now that we have that out of the way, this is 3/4 of my xbox-linux
cluster. The other one is in the family room, serving movies-on-demand
from my DVD backup archive, or whatever. These three are headed
elsewhere in the house to do the same.
