Taking Daisy for a Walk
by brian @ 17:06:08 - [perma-link]
We took Daisy out with her saddlebags last weekend. She carried all of
her treats and bags and stuff. In the last picture you can see her
anchor technique, when she picks up a scent, leans back and digs in to
stick around for a bit.

Peek-a-boo!
by brian @ 17:07:58 - [perma-link]
Elvis was stalking the grass the refrigerator. I don't think I've seen
him sitting up there before.

Hi Chris's Mom!
by brian @ 17:28:33 - [perma-link]
Chris is in town for work and stopped by for a bit. He just told me his
mom reads it, so here's a picture of him.

Chris's taxi
by brian @ 18:39:38 - [perma-link]
Its a big green van. And they pulled into the neighbor's driveway.
And they just left going the wrong way down a one-way street.

Listening to the Cops
by brian @ 13:54:33 - [perma-link]
I cleaned up part of the basement last week and found my radio scanner.
I found the manual and the list of portland police frequencies, both
online. Now I can listen to the police.
Its kind of fun. There's a lot more stuff than I expected to hear, and
way more happening on the weekend. Mostly its drunk drivers, fights
outside bars, and occasional domestic disturbances. Mostly.

My new iPood mini
by Connie__ @ 13:22:59 - [perma-link]
It's pink! It's smaller than Brian's new camera. I don't know if this
wil show up on the picture but on the back it's engraved. It says,
"mrs. gottlieb's sassy pink iPod"

Rackmount iMac
by brian @ 00:26:37 - [perma-link]
Tonight I put the guts of my iMac into a rackmount case (the iRackDV
from Marathon Computer).
Aside from an incredibly loud power supply fan (I MEAN REALLY
LOUD!!!!!), it rocks.
Tomorrow I'm going to stick it in the rack so it can start controlling
stuff.

Ready for Summer!
by brian @ 00:18:27 - [perma-link]
We probably jumped the gun a bit, but the Defender is back to the surrey
top after about 15 months under fiberglass.
Its very nice.

New server case
by brian @ 12:26:51 - [perma-link]
My rackmount case for my old imac arrived today. The video card driving
the CRT is going bad, and its mainly just serving as my web server. I'll
throw it in the rack where it can be put to better use and free up a lot
of desk space.
I should do something with the old case, too.
