Sunset at 30,000 feet

Man this is a long flight.
Bourne Identity is the movie. I read the book years ago, and they
changed the plot entirely (but kept the original concept), which at
least makes it a little interesting. I mena, if I knew what was gonna
happen, this movie would really suck.

I spoke too soon

This movie went from bad to worst in a hurry.
Apparently matt damon has some sort of child fetish that made it
impossible for him to carry out his duties.
And he shoots a gun with his pinky.
The FAA should regulate the onboard movies. If this movie sucks any
more, its going to depressurise the plane!

In-n-Out's new drive up guy?

Surely the intercom is on the fritz?
There's a guy with some fancy wireless tablet taking orders OUTSIDE in
front of the drive-thru speaker. And he has a little menu hanging from
it in case I can't read the HUGE DISPLAY BEHIND HIM????
I mean, the wireless clipboard is clearly designed for this, but why is
this a good thing?

New stereo in the Defender

The stock system was failing, so I replaced it today with a Kenwood head
unit, and a Kenwood Music Keg hard drive mp3 player instead of a CD
Changer. It rocks!

Apparently the woman in front of me had the most complicated transaction
ever. It took FOREVER, two cashiers, and lots of papers in triplicate.
Who knew buying groceries could be so difficult?

Elvis is trying to snap the rubber band on the magazines. I think he
WANTS it, or something. He keeps going back to it. He holds it down with
his front paws, then pulls it up with his teeth. SNAP!

Ribs taste good!

Last night we had ribs and garlic mashed potatos. Mmmmmmmmmmm!
My sister sent me Montgomery Inn ribs from Cincinnatti. They are so good
thrown on the grill for a few minutes. (I sound like an ad...yuck. But
really, they're tasty!)
